Hilfe: SQLEdit, Field check

In this tab you can set some restriction about user input.

Field Alias
This string will be used in order to refer to this field in the error string that it appears if one of these controls fails

Min length
If user input have a length that is less than this parameter, an error raised

Max length
If user input have a length that is more than this parameter, an error raised

Data type
If set, limit user input to only digits for "Integer number", digits, "," and "." for generic "Number" or, as "Text" permit to specify an user format using next parameter.

Text format
If "Data type" is "Text" you can select here what are the permitted characters.

Field must be
If field is numeric, you can here select numerical limit for user input.

And must be
If field is numeric, you can here select another numerical limit for user input.
